The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.- Educate patients and families on health conditions, care plans, and post-discharge instructions.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN).- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Preferred Experience- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.- Experience in specialized areas such as ICU, ER, or pediatrics is a plus.Benefits- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.- Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.- Supportive and inclusive work culture.- Access to innovative tools and resources.Leoforce is an equal opportunity employer.
