Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in React (3+ years of experience required) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the evolution of our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React and other modern technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts is a plus.
